Job Summary:Process customer’s sales order and focal point with internal and external customers on order and delivery related issues.Duties & Responsibilities:Process Sales Orders in ECC.Work with Purchasing team on the PO issuance / customer’s shipping requirements to Vendors and shipment expedition.Update stock availability / open sales order status to the customers & Sales teams.Managing Blanket OrdersRelease orders to Outbound team for shipment arrangement.Issuing of Stock Movement form, if applicableCoordinate with Logistics team on export shipping arrangement / local deliveries.Verify on draft LC clauses before final LC is opened by customer Issue Credit & Debit Memo Requests for Recharge of freight and insurance, GST Refund and Trade-in etc.Create Return Order for goods returned by customer / damaged goods etcCoordinate with the Supply Chain team members on the related activities to ensure all the admin/shipping/delivery activities are carried out successfully as per schedule.Back up for consignment and rush order during the absence of person in-chargeComplaint handling and management– record / log, investigate, follow up & through and counter measurement. Internal control / audit compliance (accounting regulatory, company policy and core value, GDPMDS, internal and external accounting audit) (KPI).Undertake any other assignments, which the management may request from time to time.Involvement in Half yearly Stock Take activitiesKnowledge and Skills Requirements:Diploma/ITC/O/A level in Business or Supply Chain is preferred but not a must.At least one year of working experience in Purchasing, Logistic and/or Supply Chain.Knowledge of Supply Chain Operations and Purchasing function preferred.Knowledge of international trade.Knowledge of SAP software applications.Able to interact with people of all levels.Strong interpersonal skills as need to liaise very closely with vendors, customers, and 3rd Party Logistic. Possess good negotiation skills preferred.Proficient with MS office applications such as Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Words and Microsoft PowerPoint.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.Meticulous and comfortable to handle large quantities of documents.A good team player who is pro-active, meticulous, and able to work under tight deadlines.
