Job descriptionWork Location : Ang Mo Kio BHQ at 5A Serangoon North Avenue 5 Singapore 554574You will be responsible of:Developing testing framework (software and hardware) for new product development over the available tester platform in cooperation with all involved divisional functions Defining test solution architecture, according to manufacturing strategies, and DFT (Design For Testability), according to the product datasheet and/or test specification Giving the guarantee of the test coverage according to ST rules and policies Supporting qualification plan together with the design, quality & reliability and application engineering departments Analyzing the test results comparing to design objectives specification (DOS) and contributes with design, quality/reliability and process engineering to assess the design validation Supporting strictly all ST manufacturing plants to achieve the best testing efficiency over the followed product lines Interfacing with customersProfileYou have graduated from an engineering or equivalent level, with a specialization in electronics or micro-electronics. (with minimum 4 years’ experience)You have strong knowledge in ATE testing (Teradyne ETS800 or J750 would be a plus)You are open minded with a good level of listening skills and enjoy working in a team. You are rigorous, motivated and desire to propose innovative and competitive ideas for the development of new successful products. You have the passion for innovation and challenge existing solutions.
